About MA-Amsterdam
The Marketing Association Amsterdam (MAA) is the university intermediary between marketing-theory and practice in Amsterdam, since 1990. The MAA aims to create an inspiring marketing network with her members, relevant companies and professors. The association gives marketing inspiration to her members and others interested in marketing by organizing divers activities, such as the Amsterdam Marketing Event and the MarCo career event. Furthermore, the association aims to tighten bonds between its members by organizing divers social activities.
Members are university students of the VU University and University of Amsterdam, in the last phase of their degree, with a strong interest in marketing. During activities, participants are stimulated to apply marketing theory to business cases, to broaden their marketing knowledge in cooperation with relevant companies. By participating and organizing these events, members of the MAA build a strong network, in which promising academics develop themselves to be the marketers of the future!
